Senior Product Manager, Endpoint Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the primary accountable product leader for the roadmap, priorities, and results of the Agent organization.

• You will determine what is shipped, the order of delivery, and the rationale behind it.

• You act as the bridge between business vision and engineering implementation.

• You will take ownership of the roadmap that positions our agent as the most trusted and resilient in its category.

• You will define the key metrics that are critical for an endpoint agent.

• You will cultivate and sustain relationships with key players in the industry and ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years managing a technical platform, SDK, agent, or systems-level product.

• Technical expertise is essential.

• Background in endpoint or systems is preferred.

• You prioritize outcomes over features.

• You are adept at navigating security trade-offs.

• You possess the ability to communicate effectively across different audiences.

• You bring a rigorous approach to your work.

• Strong skills in written communication are required.
