Senior Product Manager, Emerging Products – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct qualitative user interviews, observational workflow assessments, and technical discovery sessions to evaluate how enterprise finance, compliance, and audit teams handle complex operational data.

• Create diagrams of enterprise dependency structures, human-to-system interactions, multi-stakeholder approval processes, and historical points of operational failure.

• Transform disorganized, fragmented user feedback into well-defined, reusable problem statements instead of isolated custom feature requests.

• Convert field observations into clear product-market hypotheses, outlining the specific customer value, repeatability, and anticipated business impact of your suggested AI workflow interventions.

• Work closely with design and engineering teams to create, script, and launch both low- and high-fidelity validation concepts, using tools such as SQL, Python, Retool, or Streamlit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in product management or a closely related technical product development role with a Bachelor’s degree; OR more than 4 years of experience with an Advanced Degree.

• Proven experience in managing B2B SaaS applications, enterprise workflow automation software, data-driven products, or corporate business tools.

• Strong conceptual grasp of the current applied AI landscape, including capabilities of Large Language Models (LLM), multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop design methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to convert highly ambiguous and unstructured user pain points into organized technical requirement documentation, validation roadmaps, and testable hypotheses.

• Outstanding product craftsmanship with a strong emphasis on user psychology, interface transparency, and creating high-trust solutions in risk-averse environments.
