This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for a key product area within the Persado platform.
• Convert insights from the market, customers, and competition into a concise product vision and a prioritized, actionable roadmap.
• Manage the entire discovery and delivery process: establish requirements, make scope trade-offs, and deliver high-quality products on reliable timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science leadership to synchronize capacity, architecture, and sequencing with product objectives.
• Engage directly with enterprise clients and internal teams to comprehend user workflows, validate concepts, and assess adoption and impact.
• Work together with marketing, sales, and customer success teams on positioning, product launches, enablement, and feedback loops.
• Set and monitor success metrics; leverage data to guide decisions and update executive stakeholders on progress.
• Guide and mentor product managers; elevate the standards of product craftsmanship across the organization.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, including more than 3 years leading product areas or teams at a senior level, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proven history of successfully launching products from ambiguous problem domains, demonstrating measurable customer and business impact.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with practical execution skills; capable of writing both narratives and specifications.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products, or a proven ability to quickly gain fluency in this area.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to influence executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with data: defining metrics, interpreting experiments, and making decisions based on evidence.
• Experience in managing or mentoring product managers is highly desirable.

• Background in marketing technology (MarTech), content generation, personalization, or experimentation platforms.
• Experience in delivering software for enterprise clients in regulated sectors such as financial services or telecommunications.
• Previous experience in a rapidly scaling product organization, assisting in the establishment of product processes, playbooks, and organizational standards.
