Senior Product Manager, Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage the Education and Engagement Programs for Canada Retirement

• Create and take responsibility for the roadmap of member education initiatives

• Coordinate the comprehensive delivery of multiple ongoing projects

• Design and implement new education and engagement initiatives based on member feedback

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop educational programs and assist with execution

• Conduct annual planning and provide quarterly updates

• Create segmentation and lifecycle journeys to enhance member engagement

• Ensure all programs comply with regulatory, privacy, and branding standards

• Oversee learning content management and refresh strategies

• Serve as the subject matter expert in education for various teams

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in financial services focused on product or program management

• Experience in adult education or developing financial literacy programs

• Proven track record in launching and managing educational programs (webinars, podcasts, events)

• Strong initiative, with the ability to lead projects and work independently

• Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and project management

• Proficiency in identifying business challenges, exploring solutions, and delivering clear recommendations

• Outstanding collaboration, relationship management, and communication abilities

• Quick learner with effective problem-solving skills

• Superior verbal and written communication capabilities

• Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
