Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive product outcomes to address significant business challenges.

• Establish the vision, strategy, and OKRs for the product area.

• Implement the product vision across various applications for different user groups.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, security, and risk management teams.

• Lead the development of user-facing communications regarding features.

• Work with product leadership to enhance the vision and strategy.

• Conduct discovery activities in partnership with engineering and UX teams.

• Perform end-user shadowing and interviews to uncover user issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in an FDA-regulated industry such as biotechnology, medical devices, etc.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships.

• Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Skill in deconstructing complex issues into actionable product solutions.

• Experience in defining the vision, strategy, and OKRs for a product area.
