Director, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Identifying and cultivating signals for expansion through direct engagement with customers.

• Detecting trends in purchasing behavior and use cases that indicate larger market opportunities within the APJ region.

• Collaborating closely with GTM Product Management to ensure that the needs, adoption barriers, and market signals of APJ customers are accurately documented.

• Facilitating large, complex, or customized customer opportunities by converting requests into clear problem statements.

• Making sure that pricing, scope, and delivery implications are clearly defined before any commitments are undertaken.

• Comprehending and translating customer objections into actionable feedback for GTM Product Management.

• Working with internal stakeholders and executives on mergers and acquisitions pertinent to the security business.

• Closing the feedback loop from customers by fostering daily cross-functional alignment across Sales, Engineering, and GTM Product.

• Possess 8+ years of experience in product management, with significant time spent in cloud, compute, or related infrastructure domains.
