This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create impactful self-care resources: Analyze the evidence base, compose, and incorporate substantial feedback to produce engaging materials, such as articles, storytelling, brief videos, quick tips, and exercises.
• Develop tailored content for target populations: Create customized resources for specific groups, conducting qualitative research (e.g., surveying providers) to enhance the clinical relevance for our diverse member base.
• Assist with member outreach: Work alongside Marketing teams on monthly campaigns, provide clinical insights, and represent the clinical viewpoint in strategic discussions.
• Aid in AI tool development: Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical AI tools, including testing, quality assurance monitoring, and drafting gold-standard responses and dialogues to ensure safety and clinical efficacy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Partner with Product, Design, and other departments at Lyra on self-care initiatives.
• Drive self-care innovation: Monitor emerging trends and research in the self-care domain to inform and suggest ideas that enhance engagement and clinical value, including evaluating content sources for potential licensing.
• Provide training for internal teams: Design and conduct training sessions for internal staff to facilitate the distribution of self-care resources throughout Lyra.
• Global localization: Support initiatives to adapt and expand our self-care resources for new languages and international populations.
• PsyD or PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• Fully licensed psychologist with over 2 years of primarily full-time direct clinical experience following licensure.
• Outstanding writing abilities with proven experience in writing/content development; dedicated to creating client-facing materials that impart evidence-based mental health skills to clients on a broad scale.
• Strong training in and experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, MBCT, MBSR, CBT, DBT, IPT, EFT), wellness interventions, and safety risk assessment and management.
• Capability to apply expertise in case conceptualization, treatment planning, and curriculum development to wellness programming.
• Training and experience in teaching skills groups directly to clients (DBT, CBT, MBSR).
• Experience as a mindfulness trainer or practitioner is preferred.
• Preferred experience in providing evidence-based care for parents, adolescents, and/or children.
• Strong training and experience in delivering culturally responsive care is preferred.
• Experience in mental health promotion and prevention interventions is a plus.
