This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Take charge of and prioritize the product backlog for Intelligent Authoring.

• Collect, refine, and document both business and technical requirements.

• Develop product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Work in collaboration with Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development teams to establish product priorities.

• Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, feasibility, and architectural discussions.

• Validate the functionality delivered and provide feedback for acceptance.

• Assist in roadmap planning and ongoing product enhancements.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives for modernization and re-architecture.

• Background as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within a B2B software context.

• Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycles and software architecture principles.

• Demonstrated capability to handle competing priorities and manage multiple initiatives at once.

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a professional level.

• Experience in converting complex business requirements into actionable development tasks.

• An outcome-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivering customer value.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise or on-premises software solutions.

• Experience in supporting product modernization or re-architecture efforts.

• Familiarity with regulated or compliance-oriented applications.

• Experience with SAP or knowledge of SAP environments is a significant advantage.
