Senior Product Manager, Education, AI & Professional Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete product strategy and roadmap for the Professional Development suite and AI Professional Development offerings, with definitive accountability for business outcomes including enrollment, revenue, margin, retention, and learner value.

• Drive AI-focused product innovation: convert emerging AI capabilities into actionable, outcome-centric learning experiences that are practical, tool-driven, and trusted by learners.

• Identify and refine customer challenges, navigate uncertainty, clarify the problem space, and make decisive product choices that create significant business impact.

• Enhance value throughout the entire product lifecycle — from content ideation and production to delivery and ongoing improvement — while enhancing instructional design and learner experience.

• Oversee P&L results for the portfolio, including revenue expansion, pricing strategy, margin performance, and key metrics such as enrollment, completion, NPS, repeat purchases, and long-term retention.

• Master customer insights: establish continuous feedback mechanisms, analyze behavioral data and learner insights, and leverage them to refine strategy and uncover new growth avenues.

• Collaborate with marketing, growth, sales, and delivery teams to co-own go-to-market success — influencing positioning, packaging, and launch preparedness.

• Effectively influence across Product, Technology, Content, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align priorities and achieve scalable results, even without direct authority.

• Assess AI education services for potential acquisition or development (buy-versus-build decisions) and incorporate advanced AI tools (including Claude with Model Context Protocol) into workflows.

• Ensure the responsible, ethical, and effective application of AI in educational products, with a strong focus on quality, reliability, scalability, and learner trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of ownership over strategy, roadmap, and measurable business results (highest priority).

• Proven success in launching and scaling education, EdTech, or curriculum-based products.

• Essential instructional design experience and a thorough understanding of learning theory, interactive course components, and the complete course lifecycle from ideation to production.

• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities; capable of influencing product, content, marketing, and technology teams without direct authority.

• Experience in owning or significantly influencing P&L, pricing, financial forecasting, and business-focused product decisions (growth/business PM orientation, not solely technical).

• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous problem areas, interpret and act on customer signals, and prioritize the customer in every decision.

• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools in product workflows (particularly Claude with integrated data sources and Model Context Protocol / MCP).

• Self-driven with an ownership mentality; adept at navigating uncertainty, synthesizing market/performance/customer data, and making independent, high-judgment decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or ongoing education in product management, AI, or professional education is preferred.

• Familiarity with real estate professional education or career development frameworks is advantageous.
