Senior Product Manager – E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +25 more states.

📋 Description

• Effectively communicate updates on product strategy and roadmap to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

• Oversee execution across various teams, squads, or pods to guarantee smooth product launches and updates.

• Foster product innovation within the E-commerce sector by utilizing a culture of A/B testing and data-driven insights.

• Advocate for the customer perspective throughout the product organization, prioritizing the roadmap based on user challenges and market trends.

• Exhibit strong technical knowledge by anticipating architectural trade-offs and technical challenges.

• Define and assess complex metrics that indicate the success of the product area, driving ongoing improvements in customer satisfaction and business OKRs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management

• Proven experience at an 'Advanced' level (P4)

• Knowledge of subscription models for consumer-facing products

• Expertise in pricing and packaging strategies

• Experience in paywall optimization

• Ability to customize communication for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Advanced capability to lead product decisions grounded in customer-first principles

• Proficient in managing multiple simultaneous experiments and initiatives

• High level of proficiency in product analytics tools

• Skills in qualitative research (user interviews, usability testing)

• Comprehensive understanding of front-end systems and experimentation limitations
