Senior Product Manager – Documents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the roadmap for HighLevel's document creation platform — an AI-driven, drag-and-drop interface that enables users to craft fully customized templates for various document types.

• Enhance the current builder (which presently accommodates Documents and Contracts) to include Invoices, Estimates, and Receipts with specific fields, logic, and layouts tailored to each type.

• Establish the regulations, triggers, and customization settings that dictate how documents progress through each phase — encompassing partial payments, payment reminders, disputes, and handling failures.

• Spearhead the development of HighLevel's native e-signature solution — a direct competitor to standalone contract tools — enabling legally binding signatures across all document types.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in product management.

• Proven experience in developing document creation, form-builder, or workflow products.

• Understanding of payment or billing processes — including invoicing, estimates, or the lifecycle of financial documents.

• Strong UX intuition with a history of delivering intricate, multi-step workflows that are user-friendly.

• Capability to oversee a product interface with considerable cross-team dependencies.
