Senior Product Manager – Document Intelligence Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Advocate for a customer- and partner-first mentality in developing intuitive, intelligent, and compliant solutions for document processing and data ingestion that enhance both consumer (B2C) and professional (B2B) tax experiences.

• Define and promote a clear product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes for Taxwell’s Document Intelligence Platform.

• Effectively communicate product direction, priorities, and impact with clarity and influence across teams, executives, and stakeholders.

• Drive the ideation, experimentation, and implementation of next-generation document workflows, enhancing efficiency for tax preparers, accuracy for taxpayers, and scalability across products.

• Take ownership of and continuously refine the platform roadmap, balancing innovation with reliability while ensuring alignment with business, technology, and compliance objectives.

• Utilize customer feedback, data analytics, and market insights to pinpoint opportunities that minimize friction, boost automation, and improve the quality of document-derived data.

• Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, OCR, and data exchange standards that influence the future of document intelligence in tax and financial ecosystems.

• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, AI/ML, compliance, and product partners to deliver secure, seamless, and high-performing end-to-end solutions.

• Collaborate with legal, data privacy, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with all standards and responsible AI practices.

• Act as a thought leader in intelligent document processing, aiding in the formulation of Taxwell’s strategy for capturing, understanding, and utilizing tax data across B2C and B2B experiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 5–7 years of product management experience in software, fintech, tax, or financial services with a proven track record of success.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities with a capacity to adapt strategy based on research and data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to influence at all organizational levels.

• Proven ability to collaborate across technical, business, and compliance functions.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking practices.

• Resourceful, energetic, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and execution.

• Enthusiasm for innovation in tax, financial services, and document processing.
