Senior Product Manager / Director of Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Transform product vision into implementable systems, features, and engaging user experiences.

• Take charge of essential gameplay systems: crafting, progression, economy, social features, and monetization.

• Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and iterate rapidly.

• Leverage qualitative research to inform priorities and enhance impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in mobile free-to-play product management.

• Knowledgeable or fluent in AI: eager to explore generative tools.

• Extensive expertise in simulation, crafting, life simulation, or strategy game mechanics.

• Proficient in free-to-play systems: layered progression and economy balancing.

• Experience with player research frameworks (PENS, JTBD, etc.).
