
Senior Product Manager – Direct Mail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee daily product management for a designated direct mail product portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Product Director to convert strategic priorities into actionable plans and successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-departmental execution alongside engineering, operations, data, and vendor partners.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions with the Product Owner.
• Prioritize and elucidate backlog items, converting requirements into user stories.
• Provide input on acceptance criteria and address in-sprint priority and scope inquiries.
• Assist in financial analyses and contribute to pricing model development.
• Track and report on product-level revenue, margin, and pipeline performance metrics.
• Gain insights into the direct mail marketing ecosystem and the omnichannel role of direct mail.
• Identify avenues for innovation, operational efficiency, and enhancements enabled by AI.
• Aid in go-to-market strategies, including documentation, sales enablement, positioning, and coordination of sales training.
• Assess and document product ideas and requests.
• Provide support to compliance and risk partners with necessary documentation.
• Contribute to quarterly roadmap planning and the prioritization of features.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A Master's Degree is preferred.
• A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of the above educational requirements.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with workflow processes and business relationships across functional areas.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Proven, hands-on experience using AI tools in daily product activities is necessary.
• Solid understanding of direct mail marketing, encompassing campaign strategy, targeting, measurement, production workflows, postal economics, and USPS regulations.
• Insight into how postal rates, regulatory changes, production decisions, and operational efficiencies influence product strategy, pricing, profitability, and client outcomes.
• Experience with direct mail solutions within financial services or other highly regulated sectors is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills related to business, marketing, financial reporting, and performance data are essential.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational communication skills.
• Ability to work with financial and profitability concepts and contribute to practical analysis without independent P&L ownership.
• Capacity to adapt products in response to business and market changes and evaluate and implement new ideas.
• Comfort in operating within fast-paced, AI-enabled workflows is required.
