Senior Product Manager – Digital

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Vision and Strategy: Define and spearhead the roadmap for digital banking functionalities, emphasizing mobile-first experiences that cater to member requirements.

• Oversee Vendor Selection: Lead the RFP process, assess solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to choose the ideal platform for BECU’s future.

• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams from Marketing, Payments, Fraud Operations, Cybersecurity, and others to synchronize priorities and deliver significant solutions.

• Analyze and Innovate: Leverage data insights and member feedback to pinpoint pain points, boost adoption rates, and improve the overall user experience.

• Manage Performance: Set and track key metrics, ensuring that products align with business objectives and produce quantifiable results.

• Advocate for Continuous Improvement: Gather lessons learned and modify strategies to maintain BECU's leadership in the digital banking sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience in product management or product development roles.

• Proven experience in managing and sustaining vendor relationships.

• Capacity to self-manage, identify business and customer needs, and deliver effective solutions.

• Excellent communication abilities, including writing, editing, and presenting to senior leadership.

• Familiarity with digital banking and mobile platforms.

• Advanced degree is preferred.

• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in developing user stories and possessing domain expertise.

• Strong research, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• Product Owner certification is required.

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts is advantageous.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
