Senior Product Manager – DIFM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Establish and take ownership of the product vision and roadmap, encompassing platform advancements and new product innovations.

• Oversee the planning and implementation of annual updates to tax legislation.

• Enhance workflows for preparers, including processes for return preparation, review, and electronic filing.

• Identify and assess new product opportunities through customer insights, data analysis, and market trends.

• Clearly communicate priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management within the software sector.

• Proven experience in developing or scaling cloud-based / SaaS solutions.

• Background in tax, accounting, fintech, or compliance-related products is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate release cycles under tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent ability to balance innovation with operational excellence.

• Superior communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

• High level of attention to detail and execution.

• Proven ability to effectively prioritize using structured frameworks, taking into account customer value, business impact, effort, and regulatory constraints.
