Senior Product Manager, Developer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Developer Experience—a key product domain that encompasses some of Pantheon's most significant differentiators: Autopilot, Multidev, and Upstreams.

• You will outline the strategy for this diverse range of products while guiding expansion into impactful areas such as public API, MCP integrations, and agentic infrastructure.

• Your focus will be on serving developers and their teams—from individual contributors to engineering leaders—ensuring they can build, test, collaborate, and deploy efficiently and confidently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in managing products or platforms aimed at developers.

• Proven ability to oversee a wide-ranging, complex product portfolio and integrate various components into a cohesive strategy.

• In-depth understanding of developer workflows: Git, CI/CD, testing, collaboration, deployment, and infrastructure.

• Experience in delivering integrations or platform APIs; familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI agents, MCPs, and agentic systems.

• A history of guiding products from strategy development through launch and ongoing enhancements.

• Established ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.

• Preferred: Experience in a developer platform (GitHub, GitLab, Vercel, Netlify, LaunchDarkly, etc.); practical knowledge of WordPress, Drupal, or modern frameworks.
