Senior Product Manager, Developer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Developer Experience—a key product area that encompasses some of Pantheon's most significant differentiators: Autopilot, Multidev, and Upstreams.

• Establish strategy across this varied set of products while guiding expansion into high-impact domains: public API, MCP integrations, and agentic infrastructure.

• Support developers and their teams—from individual contributors to engineering leaders—ensuring they can build, test, collaborate, and deploy swiftly and confidently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of industry experience, including more than 3 years managing developer-oriented products or platforms.

• Proven capability to oversee a diverse and complex product portfolio and integrate various elements into a cohesive strategy.

• Comprehensive understanding of developer workflows: Git, CI/CD, testing, collaboration, deployment, and infrastructure.

• Experience in delivering integrations or platform APIs; familiarity with emerging technologies (AI agents, MCPs, agentic systems).

• A history of guiding products from strategy through launch and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage organizational complexity effectively.

• Preferred: Experience at a developer platform (GitHub, GitLab, Vercel, Netlify, LaunchDarkly, etc.); practical knowledge of WordPress, Drupal, or modern frameworks.
