Senior Product Manager, Deal Engine

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a recent equivalent experience in a relevant field

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role

• Customer-focused mindset

• Practical experience managing all phases of the product life cycle

• Integration-oriented approach

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-organized and proactive

• Experience working in accordance with Agile principles

• Familiarity with data mining tools, customer experience management software, and direct observation for understanding user behavior

• Proven track record of enhancing business key performance indicators through product management

• Basic understanding of product proposals, product roadmaps, and customer journey maps

• Exceptional leadership and persuasive abilities

• Experience engaging with individuals at all levels within an organization, including Executive Management

• Proficient with standard Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
