This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of the roadmap and execution strategies for ecosystem integrations, deployment connectors, policy content, compliance, security, and risk evaluation capabilities.
• Translate Liquibase’s strategic objectives into tangible product outcomes, phased initiatives, measurable business impact, and distinct market positioning.
• Assist in positioning Liquibase as the leading enterprise provider in Database Change Governance by effectively articulating customer challenges, market opportunities, competitive advantages, and business value.
• Engage extensively with enterprise customers, prospects, field teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to grasp pain points across DevOps, data platforms, security, compliance, audit, and enterprise change management.
• Convert strategy into clear requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, design, documentation, security, customer success, sales, marketing, and leadership to bring high-quality product capabilities to market.
• Leverage customer insights, product telemetry, market analysis, competitive insights, adoption data, and business impact to prioritize product investments.
• Define and monitor KPIs that assess product success, including governance adoption, policy coverage, integration adoption, compliance workflow efficiency, enterprise expansion impact, and time-to-value for new enterprise customers.
• Support positioning, messaging, enablement, customer validation, and go-to-market execution in collaboration with product marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, successfully delivering enterprise software products to market.
• Demonstrated history of owning product areas from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Strong grasp of enterprise ICP needs, particularly within Fortune 500 or regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience in working with DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, infrastructure, or data platform products.
• Capability to translate complex technical, security, and compliance requirements into clear product capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience utilizing AI to enhance product management workflows, including customer discovery, research synthesis, competitive analysis, prototyping, or product execution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, design, go-to-market, and leadership teams.
• Strong execution discipline, adaptability, team spirit, and a positive attitude.
