This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, document, and verify requirements for system enhancements or new implementations.

• Evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and systems to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Partner closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations with cross-functional teams.

• Assist in system testing, which includes creating test cases, executing tests, and validating outcomes.

• Ensure that solutions fulfill business needs and adhere to organizational standards.

• Provide continuous system support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.

• Aid in change management, including user training and documentation.

• Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements.

• Must be an active-duty U.S. military service member eligible for participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program.

• Strong comprehension of business processes and methodologies for system analysis.

• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems (Nice to have).

• Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) (Nice to have).

• Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-related credentials (Nice to have).

• Mentorship and guidance through monthly SkillBridge Intern Zoom Meetings.

• PM Fundamentals course, resume writing assistance, LinkedIn optimization, and interview skills training.

• Additional free resources, including an electronic copy of 'How to Speak Civilian Fluently.'
