This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Work remotely from your home office, providing support, fault analysis, and resolutions via phone or remote tools (1st/2nd level based on experience).

• Perform on-site tasks at customer locations across Germany, including installations, rollouts, troubleshooting, and commissioning (workstations, networks, print/scan, card readers, and connected devices as applicable).

• Manage systems and infrastructure related to Windows clients/servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, as well as foundational VPN/WLAN/firewall concepts and backup/restore processes.

• In the realm of Healthcare IT (depending on your expertise), work with TI/KIM, connector environments, eHBA/SMC-B, and ensure clear documentation and handovers.

• Exhibit a strong customer focus and service orientation, facilitating nationwide on-site deployments and solution-oriented consulting with a high level of service readiness.

• Maintain concise and reproducible documentation (checklists, tickets, handovers) to ensure solutions can be replicated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in IT support, IT operations, or IT services (vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration is desirable but not mandatory if you have relevant practical experience).

• Strong understanding of Windows, networking, and structured troubleshooting methodologies.

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V/VMware).

• Experience in firewall configuration and operation (SOPHOS).

• Willingness to travel nationwide within Germany, as customer visits on-site are part of the role.

• Possession of a Class B driving license (car).

• Proficient German language skills (customer-facing).

• Nice to have (not mandatory): experience with practice management software (PVS).

• Familiarity with TI/KIM.

• Experience with medical interfaces (e.g., DICOM/PACS).

🏝️ Benefits

• Remote-first approach: You can work from your home office, eliminating the need to be in a traditional office setting to be productive.

• Enjoy variety instead of constant travel: Remote support is a fundamental aspect of the role, with on-site assignments added as needed for projects and tickets.

• Experience predictability: Customer appointments are coordinated within the team, ensuring clear handovers and standards rather than chaotic deployments.

• Focus on development: Benefit from onboarding, checklists, and knowledge transfer — you don’t need to know everything; a willingness to learn is crucial.

• Receive the necessary equipment: Enjoy a professional remote work setup (laptop/phone) and access to modern tools.
