This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Develop and sustain Power BI dashboards that offer clear insights into procurement activities.
• Integrate spend data from various systems into a unified and reliable view.
• Provide analyses that facilitate sourcing decisions and executive reporting.
• Oversee and manage supplier and item master data.
• Standardize general ledger mappings and procurement classifications.
• Collaborate with BI and IT teams to enhance data quality and integration processes.
• Create and implement workflow automations to minimize manual tasks.
• Assist in AI-driven intake and demand routing solutions.
• Aid in the planning and evaluation of P2P/eProcurement platforms.
• Generate recurring procurement reports with minimal manual intervention.
• Support category strategies through insights on spending and supplier performance.
• Track contracts and manage renewal notifications.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in procurement analytics, supply chain operations, or a similar data-focused role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and large-scale data cleansing.
• Practical experience with Power BI — focusing on data modeling, DAX development, and dashboard design for non-technical users.
• Experience working with or integrating into a centralized BI or data team, translating business needs into structured data requests.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems such as Yardi, Procore, Sage, Nexus, or similar P2P/eProcurement platforms.
• Proven experience in building or automating workflows using Power Automate, Python scripting, or comparable tools.
• Understanding of master data concepts — including supplier master, item master, taxonomy design, and data governance practices.
• Exposure to AI-enabled procurement tools, such as contract intelligence, spend classification, intake automation, or supplier risk assessment.
• Experience in supporting or contributing to the development of AI agents or automation workflows, including prompt design, workflow logic, or output validation.
• Strong analytical skills — capable of framing business challenges, structuring data approaches, and effectively communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated — able to function without a predefined roadmap and create structure in ambiguous situations.
