This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership and lead the Matching and Activity Capture roadmap, focusing on quality improvement loops, customer issue resolution, and proactive enhancements to boost data completeness and reliability.
• Direct the execution of the CRM Integration roadmap, encompassing Salesforce, Dynamics, and new emerging connectors.
• Transition into overseeing the delivery milestones of the Unified Data Platform and the Admin Next initiative within a timeframe of 12–18 months.
• Represent platform capabilities in customer-facing architecture reviews, discussions with IT/data teams, and presentations of the roadmap.
• Create repeatable enablement messaging for Customer Success (CS) and Sales Engineering (SE) teams, emphasizing platform differentiators, data quality, and integration mechanics.
• Instrument roadmap areas with clear success metrics and establish feedback mechanisms with customers, CS, and Technical Support (TS).
• Integrate AI tools and workflows into the discovery process, PRD development, data analysis, and enablement efforts.
• Lead the development of next-generation forecasting tools that deliver AI-driven insights to sales leaders.
• Own the comprehensive product vision, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovations that transform revenue forecasting.
• 6–10 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior or staff-level position.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise data systems, including Salesforce, Dynamics, data lakes and warehouses, event pipelines, API integration patterns, and data modeling.
• Proven experience in building platform-layer products, such as matching systems, data pipelines, integrations, admin configuration, or data quality tools.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and comfort operating in technically complex, research-related fields.
• Excellent customer-facing skills, able to represent technical products to enterprise IT teams, data engineering leads, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in a high-growth or early-stage B2B SaaS environment where strategic and organizational changes are prevalent.
• Bachelor’s degree; a technical background in Computer Science or Engineering, or an equivalent field, is highly preferred.
