
Senior Product Manager – Customer Dashboard

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Take ownership of the customer dashboard strategy, roadmap, backlog, and overall product outcomes.
• Prioritize the development of new features, enhancements to user experience, bug fixes, technical debt, and experimentation based on customer and business insights.
• Implement a continuous customer research initiative.
• Conduct or engage in 4–6 customer interviews monthly.
• Utilize PostHog session recordings, funnels, events, cohorts, and product analytics to pinpoint friction points and assess improvements.
• Design and execute experiments aimed at enhancing conversion rates, user activation, and overall usability.
• Convert customer challenges into detailed product requirements and segmented delivery phases.
• Establish a streamlined product management process suitable for a dynamic startup environment.
• Proven track record in senior-level product management, typically with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience in independently managing a live B2B SaaS, developer, infrastructure, data, or similar technical product.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance product and business metrics, not just deliver features.
• Extensive background in product analytics, funnels, behavioral data analysis, and experimentation.
• Experience in conducting customer interviews and translating research findings into product decisions.
• Strong UX judgment with the skill to create clear user flows and wireframes.
• Experience in leading both frontend and backend engineers throughout the entire product delivery process.
• Proficient in defining requirements, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and product quality assurance.
• Sufficient technical fluency to comprehend APIs, proxy configurations, authentication processes, targeting, usage, and request failures.
• Capability to constructively challenge founders and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team setting.
• Practical familiarity with AI tools and a clear understanding of areas where human judgment is crucial.
