This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Cultivate a profound understanding of our primary markets and customer requirements through research, data analysis, and interactions with sales, marketing, customer success, and direct customer engagements.
• Conduct in-depth explorations into user needs and product analytics to collaborate on and outline Affinity's CRM product roadmap.
• Formulate product strategy for your designated area, encompassing business cases, high-level use cases, technical specifications, and potential revenue and ROI.
• Advocate for your perspectives as a strategic leader.
• Propel research and definition efforts to convert product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering to lead discovery, definition, design, and delivery plans, manage the backlog, and advance the roadmap.
• Work in tandem with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales teams on the development, QA, and launch of new features.
• Evaluate customer feedback and new product concepts.
• Identify and determine opportunities where AI can significantly enhance core CRM workflows, from automation intelligence to AI-assisted data management, and partner with Affinity's dedicated AI teams to realize those concepts.
• Contribute to a product team culture focused on craftsmanship and continuous growth, with a particular enthusiasm for how AI is transforming the thinking, working, and building processes of outstanding PMs.
• Over 5 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment (enterprise software experience is advantageous).
• Proven experience collaborating with engineering and design teams from start to finish to drive business impact.
• Background in working on complex products to devise simple, comprehensible solutions.
• Experience overseeing complex product modernizations or platform migrations, ensuring user continuity while facilitating architectural evolution.
• Excellent communication skills that promote collaboration across teams and ensure alignment on crucial outcomes and objectives.
• A profound understanding and empathy for users.
• A demonstrated history of design thinking and strict prioritization.
• A proven ability to tackle complex user problems to achieve measurable results.
• Experience contemplating how AI can enhance product workflows, decrease friction, or unlock new user behaviors, whether through previous AI feature ownership, close collaboration with AI/ML teams, or strong intuition for where AI adds genuine value versus noise.
