This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Contribute to the Creators Product Roadmap – Collaborate with product leadership to help define and implement the roadmap for HighLevel's Courses platform, which caters to over 1.1M monthly active learners, focusing on engagement, completion, and retention within a B2B2C framework.
• Own Defined Areas of the Learner Journey – Take comprehensive responsibility for particular segments of the learner experience — from initial course interaction to completion and repeat engagement — identifying friction points and potential improvements to enhance learner outcomes.
• Support Learner Growth & Monetization – Engage in initiatives aimed at increasing learner adoption, stickiness, and outcomes while facilitating revenue growth through enhanced course discovery, consumption, and progression experiences.
• Deliver Core Learning Experiences – Spearhead the development of features that improve course creation, consumption, progress tracking, and learner success at scale.
• Champion UI/UX Excellence – Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to provide intuitive, accessible, and mobile-responsive learning experiences, emphasizing usability and performance.
• Experiment & Optimize – Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, enhance engagement metrics, and refine learner journeys across web and mobile platforms.
• Support Scale & Reliability – Contribute to continuous enhancements in platform scalability, performance, and reliability to accommodate a large and expanding learner base.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to promote adoption and elevate learner satisfaction.
• Leverage Data for Decisions – Utilize analytics and insights from experimentation to prioritize roadmap investments and assess product impact.
• Deliver Outcomes, Not Just Features – Drive quantifiable improvements in learner engagement, retention, completion rates, and overall platform growth within your designated areas of responsibility.
• Support Activation & First-Value Initiatives – Help identify and optimize learner activation milestones (e.g., first lesson completed, first course finished) that are linked to long-term retention and monetization.
• Track Metrics & Business Impact – Take ownership of success metrics for your areas, including learner activation rate, course completion rate, time-to-first-value, retention cohorts, and revenue per learner, employing data to continually refine product strategy.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with substantial exposure to B2C or B2B2C learning platforms, content products, or SaaS focused on creators.
• Proven history of delivering product features that yield measurable enhancements in learner engagement, completion, retention, or business growth.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles for learning experiences, with the capability to work closely with design teams to create intuitive, accessible, and high-quality user journeys.
• Experience in fostering creator growth and monetization within subscription, marketplace, or creator-led business models.
• Acquainted with SaaS and creator platform growth mechanisms, including creator activation, engagement loops, retention, lifecycle optimization, and audience monetization.
• Bonus: Experience working on a B2C learning or content platform with the ability to clearly express your personal contributions to growth, engagement, and learner satisfaction.
