Senior Product Manager, Corporate Cards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of Corporate Cards: Manage the Reap Card as a complete product, encompassing strategy, discovery, delivery, iteration, and ongoing operational oversight.

• Define direction and prioritize effectively: Develop a clear vision of the product's needs, determine immediate versus future actions, and maintain a roadmap focused on what truly matters for both customers and the business.

• Simplify complexity into a cohesive experience: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and infrastructure teams to convert the intricate processes behind card issuance and spending into workflows and experiences that are straightforward, dependable, and trustworthy for business clients.

• Enhance quality and completeness: Assess the entire product lifecycle, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and implement consistent improvements in reliability, usability, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate across the organization: Engage seamlessly with engineering, design, compliance, operations, finance, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful product delivery and maintain its health as it scales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience, with direct responsibility for B2B or financial products that you have managed comprehensively rather than just as a separate feature.

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience in building or owning card products.

• Confidently manage a product domain independently: Establish structure in the absence of predefined guidelines, outline the path forward, and drive results without waiting for a playbook.

• Strong capability to translate intricate technical or operational challenges into clear, user-friendly experiences, while maintaining the necessary rigor.

• A decision-maker informed by data who can recognize key signals, utilize them for prioritization, and maintain transparency about what is successful and what is not.

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and thriving in a dynamic environment where speed and practicality are as critical as thoroughness.

• Proven history of collaborating across functions with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and finance, earning trust through clarity and results rather than relying on authority.
