This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the global launch, expansion, and ongoing enhancement of our AI (voice) bots to significantly improve customer service efficiency and quality.
• Scale and refine our AI chatbots, ensuring their successful implementation in international markets.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our current customer service framework.
• Empower AUTO1 group’s technical teams to implement conversational AI solutions at their customer interaction points.
• Create and execute a strategic roadmap for conversational AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Track and assess performance metrics to drive data-informed enhancements and innovations, while staying updated with industry trends and advancements in conversational AI and telephony services.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in conversational AI or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of telephony services and Contact Center applications for call center agents, with practical experience in solutions such as Twilio for constructing call flows with multiple queues.
• Solid comprehension and hands-on experience with LLM applications and utilizing AI tools in your product management endeavors.
• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of articulating complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to leverage data and metrics to support assumptions and inform decision-making.
• Experience in managing international product roll-outs and handling diverse stakeholder expectations.
• You excel in high-growth, fast-paced environments and have experience working in startups or scale-ups.
