This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
β’ Collaborate closely with our clients to develop and design a comprehensive digital strategy, then guide our teams in its implementation.
β’ Serve as the cross-functional product leader overseeing distributed product team members from our delivery centers in the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
β’ Partner with engineering leads to oversee the overall progress of projects and resource utilization, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
β’ Guide the team in executing a short-term plan through effective prioritization and planning of content and release timelines.
β’ Establish the product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments, serving as the primary expert for the product.
β’ Make informed prioritization trade-offs that align with product goals.
β’ Communicate plans, priorities, and status updates to clients, team members, and internal management as needed.
β’ Assess and enhance the business and customer value delivered, develop KPIs, continuously monitor progress, and report on milestones and deliverables.
β’ Stay well-informed on industry issues and trends, especially regarding accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, to incorporate these insights into future projects and maintain a competitive edge.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Leadership role (Sr. PM, Lead PM, Director).
β’ At least 5 years of consulting experience.
β’ Proficiency in managing complex digital products, business logic, processes, and a diverse range of clients.
β’ Experience in organizational leadership, including influencing teams and executive leaders.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive "roll up your sleeves" attitude.
β’ An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to grasp the broader picture amidst details.
β’ Proven experience working with global teams is essential.
β’ High cultural awareness.
β’ Expertise in User Research; advocating for usersβ needs throughout the customer experience and facilitating workshops.
β’ Skilled in relationship building; highly empathetic and collaborative, capable of engaging with senior-level stakeholders to drive decisions.
β’ Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to create best-in-class products.
