This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap for Ditto's three deployment models (SaaS, BYOC, Self-Managed), ensuring a seamless and distinct user experience for each model.
• Interact directly with enterprise clients to comprehend their infrastructure settings, deployment limitations, security needs, and operational expectations, translating these insights into precise product specifications.
• Collaborate closely with go-to-market (GTM) and field teams to facilitate both active and prospective deployments, offering product-level guidance on deployment architecture, configurations, and trade-offs.
• Define and manage the product backlog for cloud infrastructure and platform, prioritizing tasks that enhance deployment experiences, operational reliability, and customer independence.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of customer deployment trends across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including within government and restricted cloud settings, while understanding the operational requirements these environments impose.
• Work alongside engineering teams to deliver platform functionalities that minimize deployment friction, enhance observability, and empower customers to operate Ditto reliably at scale.
• Partner with security, compliance, and enterprise sales teams to assist customers in regulated or restricted environments.
• Act as the internal authority on deployment topologies and cloud infrastructure, educating field teams and customers on Ditto's capabilities, limitations, and best practices across different deployment models.
• Establish success metrics for deployment experience and operational health, monitoring progress against those metrics.
• Advocate for customer and field feedback internally to shape platform architecture and infrastructure priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of Product Management experience, particularly focusing on infrastructure, platform, or developer-centric products.
• Practical experience in owning or launching products across SaaS, BYOC, and self-managed deployment models.
• Direct experience with government or restricted cloud environments, along with the associated operational and security requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS, with the ability to discuss VPC design, IAM, compute, storage, and networking fundamentals in the context of customer deployments.
• Technical proficiency to engage effectively with infrastructure and platform engineers regarding architectural decisions, deployment trade-offs, and operational necessities.
• Experience collaborating directly with enterprise clients and field teams on intricate deployment projects, including requirements gathering and solution development.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to both technical and executive audiences, as well as translating customer needs into engineering actions.
• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and containerized deployment environments.
• Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the United States.
