Senior Product Manager – Cloud Database, Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the comprehensive product roadmap for Ditto's cloud database.

• Manage the narrative around data flow within Ditto Cloud.

• Establish and uphold customer-facing database SLAs.

• Oversee the strategy for data migration.

• Interact directly with enterprise customers to gain insights into their workload patterns.

• Act as the primary advocate for the customer data layer within the engineering team.

• Partner with GTM and field teams to create enablement resources.

• Set success metrics for database reliability and ensure accountability for meeting those metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management.

• Strong technical background in SQL and/or NoSQL database systems.

• Proven experience in defining and delivering production-grade data connectors or integration pipelines.

• Capability to engage effectively with data engineers and DBAs.

• A track record of converting ambiguous customer workload patterns into clear, actionable product requirements.

• Experience collaborating directly with enterprise customers on intricate data integration needs.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
