Senior Product Manager, Client Products & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for client-facing products, integrations, and ecosystem experiences.

• Develop products across mortgage LOS/POS platforms (such as Encompass, nCino), partner integrations, and APIs for clients.

• Manage launches from start to finish — covering discovery, requirements, rollout, adoption, and iterations.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences.

• Work cross-functionally with GTM, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to enhance implementation, adoption, and customer outcomes.

• Transform customer and partner feedback into scalable product strategies — balancing immediate customer needs with long-term platform objectives.

• Make informed trade-offs between usability, technical limitations, scalability, and business impact.

• Leverage data, customer insights, and product expertise to prioritize effectively and achieve measurable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, APIs, enterprise software, or workflow-intensive products.

• Strong product judgment coupled with the ability to navigate ambiguity, technical complexities, and trade-offs.

• Proven experience in developing integrations, APIs, enterprise workflows, or products aimed at partners.

• Capability to transition from strategy to execution — effectively transforming complex challenges into launched products.

• A strong ownership mentality with exceptional execution and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Proficient in engaging with enterprise customers and translating their feedback into scalable product strategies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and external partners.

• AI-savvy — actively utilizing AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, and decision-making.
