📋 Description

• Take ownership of our Customer Data Visualization product, shaping the long-term vision for a client-facing impact dashboard that highlights the measurable value of our platform in terms of growth, optimization, and cost savings, utilizing AI-driven approaches to enhance discovery, decision-making, and delivery.

• Define and implement KPI-driven dashboards that effectively illustrate platform value through executed recommendations, automations, and tangible business outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Client Success teams to ensure alignment on metrics, data models, and insight generation pipelines that enhance the dashboard experience.

• Convert complex datasets into intuitive, actionable visualizations that foster client understanding and facilitate decision-making.

• Establish and monitor success metrics related to dashboard adoption, engagement, and client outcomes, using this data to drive ongoing product iterations.

• Synthesize qualitative feedback from client interviews, support tickets, and survey responses using AI tools to identify recurring themes, opportunity areas, and prioritization inputs that shape product strategy.

• Guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all insights presented.

• Work in collaboration with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to enhance business processes, improve team operations, and align client needs with internal goals.

• Lead and manage roadmap prioritization for your product area, making autonomous decisions on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs while integrating AI-assisted insights and data exploration.

• Utilize AI tools to prototype and validate product concepts and workflows (e.g., user flows, wireframe descriptions, low-fidelity mocks) to mitigate risks before engineering investments.

• Oversee the complete product development and execution process from concept to launch (e.g., PRDs, prioritization, client discussions, testing & QA, change management, client adoption/engagement, etc.), ensuring accountability for high-quality, timely delivery with your cross-functional team.

• Employ AI to streamline product documentation workflows (PRDs, one-pagers, release notes), applying strong editorial judgment while maintaining product quality and clarity.

• Monitor development progress, communicate status to stakeholders, and assist in managing product release cycles. Support product testing and validation to ensure high-quality releases and a seamless user experience.

• Act as the voice and advocate for our clients, triaging incoming requests with urgency and follow-through, while building trust-based relationships.

• Lead and influence stakeholders across functional teams of designers and engineers to ensure successful delivery at a rapid pace, while meeting high product validation and QA standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels to achieve buy-in and alignment on product strategies, goals, and initiatives, balancing urgency with resource availability.

• Utilize AI-assisted data exploration and analysis (e.g., natural language querying, chart interpretation, anomaly identification) to support swift, evidence-based product decisions.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated product management experience in the B2B SaaS sector, particularly with complex enterprise-level products, ideally in eCommerce or marketplace platforms.

• Strong proficiency in KPI-driven product development and creating client-facing dashboards or reporting tools that showcase measurable business outcomes.

• Experience collaborating closely with Data Science and Engineering teams on data modeling, pipelines, and analytics infrastructure.

• Solid understanding of metrics, experimentation, and product iteration based on user behavior and usage data.

• Background as a Product Manager with AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data & insights platforms.

• Extensive experience with the complete product development lifecycle, including setting product goals, measuring results, and quantifying feature impacts on the business.

• Experience in driving strategy and execution for complex, integrated software ecosystems, especially those that unify multiple platforms.

• Proven track record in supporting team-based projects, focusing on aligning with project goals and contributing to technical teams.

• Demonstrated use of AI tools throughout the PM workflow — including synthesizing qualitative research, prototyping concepts (wireframes, user flows, low-fi mocks), documentation (PRDs, release notes, one-pagers), and data exploration and analysis (NL querying, chart interpretation, anomaly identification) to expedite decisions while exercising strong editorial judgment.

• Strong ability to engage with vendors and internal teams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders for successful project delivery.

• Comfortable presenting product strategy and impact to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Analytically inclined with expertise in data-driven decision-making and experience with product analytics tools.

• Experience working with large clients — our clients include some of the largest in commerce.

• Positive, growth-oriented mindset with a strong inclination towards action.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages effectively to various audiences.

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects concurrently.
