Senior Product Manager – Classroom Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish methods for how Clever safeguards and empowers the identities of students and teachers amid AI-driven cyber threats.

• Collaborate with teachers and students who utilize our products on a daily basis, as well as with district and school leaders, and application partners.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers to realize your vision.

• Set the long-term direction for how students and teachers discover, access, and interact with educational technology applications through the Clever Portal and beyond.

• Reimagine identity and access experiences in the age of AI, focusing on security while maintaining simplicity.

• Formulate and execute Clever’s AI product strategy for the classroom experience, encompassing both immediate features and long-term explorations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior Product Manager or equivalent leadership position.

• Proven knowledge of identity and access management, authentication, or cybersecurity principles as they relate to product design.

• Demonstrated experience in creating consumer-grade or user-facing products with high standards for user experience, engagement, and accessibility.

• A successful history of leading, communicating, and defining strategy for a critical business product area.

• The capability to seamlessly transition between qualitative user feedback and quantitative performance metrics to inform objective and impactful product decisions.

• Proven success in engaging with senior stakeholders and technical partners to deliver exceptional experiences that address significant pain points.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey a vision that motivates internal teams and instills confidence in external partners.
