This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage the product backlog for Zoomph's broadcast measurement tools by crafting clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.

• Lead feature development from initial concept to launch, collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Establish and monitor success metrics for released features and provide reports on their outcomes.

• Collaborate with engineering and data science to launch and enhance AI computer vision features that identify and assess logos, virtual signage, and brand visibility in broadcast and streaming feeds.

• Set and track detection accuracy and performance benchmarks for the computer vision pipeline, prioritizing enhancements with the data science team.

• Assist in QA and validation of detection outcomes to maintain reliable sponsorship valuation for clients.

• Convert broadcast and league requirements into a prioritized roadmap in conjunction with the Director and Associate Director of Broadcast Strategy.

• Collect and analyze feedback from sales, customer success, leagues, teams, and brand partners to shape priorities.

• Examine product usage and broadcast measurement trends to uncover opportunities and identify gaps.

• Coordinate product releases and keep internal teams updated on shipping schedules.

• Equip sales and customer success teams with information on new broadcast and computer vision functionalities through comprehensive documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, analytics, or media technology sectors.

• Fundamental understanding of AI computer vision or machine learning products, and the ability to collaborate effectively with data science teams.

• Proven experience in writing requirements, user stories, and managing a product backlog.

• A strong preference for familiarity with sports, broadcast, media, or sponsorship measurement.

• Proficiency in working with data and translating it into clear product decisions and quality metrics.

• Excellent communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience utilizing product management and design tools such as TFS, Figma, or similar platforms.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and capability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
