Senior Product Manager – CDP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with our clients to create and design a comprehensive digital strategy, subsequently guiding our teams in its execution.

• Serve as the cross-functional product leader for distributed team members across our delivery centers located in the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.

• Partner with engineering leads to oversee the overall progress of projects and the utilization of resources, initiating corrective actions when necessary.

• Direct the team in executing a short-term plan by prioritizing and organizing the content and timeline for product releases.

• Establish the product's vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments, becoming the primary expert for the product.

• Make informed prioritization decisions within the parameters of product goals.

• Effectively communicate plans, priorities, and updates to clients, team members, and internal management as needed.

• Assess and enhance the business and customer value delivered, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), continuously monitor progress, and report on milestones and deliverables.

• Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends and issues, especially regarding accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, to incorporate into future projects and stay ahead in the market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Leadership role (Senior PM, Lead PM, Director).

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting.

• Proven expertise in handling complex digital products, business logic, processes, and diverse clients.

• Experience in organizational leadership, including the ability to work with and influence teams and executive leaders.

• A strong record of problem-solving and a proactive “roll up your sleeves” approach.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to see the bigger picture amidst the details.

• Essential experience working with global teams.

• Highly culturally aware.

• Proficient in User Research; advocating for users’ needs throughout the customer experience and facilitating workshops.

• A relationship builder who is empathetic and collaborative, capable of working with senior-level stakeholders to drive decisions.

• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to develop top-tier products.
