Senior Product Manager – Behavioral Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as a product thought leader for your business unit, encompassing strategy, requirements, prioritization, and the roadmap.

• Take ownership of the product backlog by writing stories, mitigating risks, prioritizing efficiently, and removing obstacles for the team.

• Transform market needs into product requirements and foster alignment with leadership regarding roadmap prioritization.

• Integrate AI for research, requirements gathering, and prototyping.

• Assist in market research, conduct due diligence, and perform strategic assessments of product partnerships with other organizations.

• Facilitate workshops and other cross-functional activities to identify product opportunities.

• Manage the product roadmap for your business unit and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute it.

• Convey a compelling product vision and motivate cross-functional teams to support it.

• Equip customer-facing teams with product knowledge and guidance.

• Interact with customers and provide product thought leadership to enhance further product development, customer success, and business development efforts.

• Mentor and promote the development of best practices within the Product Management team.

• Enable high-leverage work for yourself and others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Strong technical expertise and proven ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams.

• Proficient in crafting detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering results with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical and data-driven mindset for problem-solving.

• Experience in an Agile development environment.

• Capability to advance initiatives through influence and a collaborative approach.
