This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist in market research and customer feedback initiatives to pinpoint emerging trends, evolving client requirements, and competitive landscapes that guide product development.
• Integrate insights from internal stakeholders, desktop research, and internal data sources to formulate insights that influence short- and mid-term (1–3 year) product strategy and roadmap priorities, ensuring the ongoing relevance and differentiation of FICO’s B2B Scores offerings.
• Collaborate with key data and technology partners to enhance and support product offerings.
• Engage in external activities, including industry events, partner/client meetings, and training sessions; responsibilities will encompass co-developing and delivering training programs and assisting in the creation of materials for speaking engagements.
• Work alongside analytics, software, and cross-functional teams to define and implement the product roadmap and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Create business and technical requirements documents, including detailed use cases and user personas, to steer development and ensure alignment with market needs.
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance professionals to ensure product designs comply with applicable regulations; lead established compliance processes and provide required documentation in a timely manner.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven expertise in product management; knowledge in implementing telematics solutions for insurance and driving safety is a plus.
• At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a progressive increase in responsibility and a strong record of delivering measurable business impact and commercially successful outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and convert it into actionable recommendations for the product roadmap and strategy.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex concepts clearly through verbal, written, and visual formats to sales, technical, and leadership audiences.
• A keen intellectual curiosity, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• A collaborative and low-ego mindset, fostering strong relationships across teams and functions to achieve objectives.
• Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities to drive product success.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours; willingness to travel 10-15% for client meetings and industry conferences.
