This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +25 more states.
• Leverage subject matter expertise in B2B customer requirements to steer comprehensive product planning and execution for intricate product lines, ensuring alignment with overarching company strategies and concentrating on capabilities that enhance utilization and deliver substantial ROI for our employer clients.
• Establish the B2B roadmap, encompassing our native platform and integrations within the HR technology landscape, influencing investment choices and resource allocation across various departments.
• Engage in discovery activities with internal customer-facing teams, clients, and HR partners to validate issues and pinpoint high-value opportunities.
• Enhance the customer experience to boost adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and retention, including reimagining onboarding processes, refining customer touchpoints, and formulating integration and partnership strategies. Navigate through complex customer hiring workflows, fragmented technology stacks, and a robust partner ecosystem.
• Direct a cross-functional agile product team with engineering, design, and business collaborators to deliver innovative features and capabilities swiftly and at scale. Articulate and document product epics and requirements, maintaining a stringent prioritization framework that balances strategic business impact, technical feasibility, and user value.
• Oversee product go-to-market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, ensuring cohesive and impactful product launches.
• Design and implement experimentation initiatives (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing) to enhance customer journeys, validate hypotheses, and drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, reporting on product performance, roadmap advancements, and significant risks or dependencies.
• Anticipate market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs to identify and cultivate new product opportunities.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2+ years in B2B HR technology, sourcing, or enterprise SaaS preferred.
• Proven history of leading high-impact projects across complex ecosystems; demonstrated experience owning cross-functional strategies and delivering major products and services at scale, considering multi-brand and/or global factors.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with the ability to synthesize insights from data, customer feedback, user research, and market intelligence to shape product strategy, recommendations, and drive actions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, product development tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Looker, Mixpanel), and experimentation frameworks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to balance swift execution, customer impact, and long-term innovation.
• High-agency operator who transforms ambiguous goals into actionable plans and advances without requiring perfect alignment.
• Proven ability to extract context directly from customers, sales, support, analytics, and engineering, translating it into clear priorities and requirements.
• Strong inclination towards action, with a record of quickly delivering useful initial versions, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on actual customer usage.
• Offers solutions and recommendations when faced with obstacles, rather than presenting open-ended problem statements; comfortable making progress even when data, processes, or ownership are incomplete.
• Oversees work through launch and post-launch phases, including enablement, adoption, measurement, follow-up fixes, and cleanup.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, including experience engaging directly with senior leadership, customers, and external partners.
• Excellent collaboration and team-building skills; history of aligning cross-functional stakeholders around strategic priorities and a willingness to take initiative to achieve results.
