• Establish Vision and Roadmap: Articulate a captivating vision of how AI agents will transform go-to-market workflows.

• Engage Customers: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to pinpoint where AI-driven automation provides maximum value.

• Measure What Matters: Identify and monitor AI-focused metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies.

• Champion the User: Ensure that AI functionalities address genuine user challenges.

• Lead Cross-Functionally: Unite engineers, AI/ML experts, designers, and GTM teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

• Align Stakeholders: Clearly and persuasively communicate the AI product strategy to executive leadership.
