Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategic vision and roadmap for PROWL, ensuring a balance between customer requirements, market trends, and business goals.

• Spearhead continuous product improvements aimed at enhancing the user experience of PROWL.

• Gain in-depth insights into user needs and market dynamics through customer interviews, competitive assessments, and industry research.

• Establish feature requirements and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic significance and customer influence.

• Work closely with engineering and design teams to produce high-quality product increments.

• Track essential product metrics and perform data analysis to uncover potential areas for enhancement.

• Act as the product authority for PROWL's MAP monitoring features, becoming a reliable advisor for both internal teams and customers.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create persuasive positioning and sales support materials.

• Discover new opportunities to strengthen PROWL's functionalities in unauthorized seller detection, violation tracking, and workflow optimization.

• Keep abreast of ecommerce trends, pricing enforcement tactics, and competitive solutions within the brand protection sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in product management, ideally within SaaS applications related to ecommerce, retail analytics, or brand protection.

• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2B software products.

• Familiarity with user-centric design principles and UI/UX best practices.

• Strong analytical skills and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.

• Exceptional communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.

• Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Knowledge of the ecommerce landscape, pricing strategies, and challenges in brand protection (preferred).
