Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and execution of innovative products and/or services that set market standards and enhance value for both the enterprise and its clients.

• Establish the comprehensive vision and strategy for products/services, develop business plans, provide recommendations to management and the executive team, and share plans with both internal and external audiences.

• Successfully guide a cross-functional and/or cross-line of business team to achieve the effective delivery of product initiatives, which includes generating Product Requirements Documents, market positioning, and strategy documentation.

• May serve as a mentor or lead for Associate Product Managers or other team members.

• Collaborate with business partners to offer guidance on market positioning, training, and communication strategies for the assigned product portfolio.

• Act as the primary resource and decision-maker for all designated products and initiatives, working with business partners to address and resolve product-specific or client-related issues and business regulations.

• Perform continuous market and portfolio assessments to ensure that products maintain competitiveness and fulfill operational, financial, and market success objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience; a graduate degree in business (MBA) is highly preferred.

• A minimum of six years of experience in product management, marketing, or customer-centric healthcare.

• At least six years of experience in project or program management, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities.

• Proven ability to analyze market research and financial data, assess profitability, and identify trends.

• Demonstrated capability to manage broad, complex, and ambiguous tasks that range from analytical to strategic in nature.

• Extensive knowledge of product and/or service development methodologies.

• Highly proficient in managing products across various operational divisions.

• Exceptional at achieving objectives through others, leveraging influence, delegation, and building strong working relationships.

• Proven ability to effectively relay information to a diverse range of technical and non-technical individuals or groups at all organizational levels.

• Comprehensive understanding of business implications, project interdependencies, and system interfaces.

• Skilled in facilitating meetings and negotiating at all organizational levels.

• Ability to consistently exercise discretion and independent judgment while performing job responsibilities.
