Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap and backlog for a key component of the Verifiable platform, while making significant contributions across our product surfaces.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to discover opportunities, articulate solutions, and implement iterative enhancements with efficiency and quality.

• Navigate through intricate, interconnected systems to guarantee a seamless product experience. Verifiable encompasses APIs, AI agents, and various front-end experiences, requiring an ability to think beyond traditional boundaries.

• Work closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams to gain insights into how customers utilize the product, maintain intended workflows, and determine areas for product adaptation.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to discover new avenues for product expansion and market alignment.

• Interact directly with customers and users to validate opportunities, comprehend pain points, and guide prioritization.

• Contribute practical knowledge of AI product development to the team. Assist in enhancing our capabilities in building with and for AI, including refining our prototyping processes, evaluating agent performance, and exploring new integration and distribution strategies.

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI tools, health technology, and platform ecosystems, applying insights to product strategy and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Proven experience in developing or launching AI-driven products, AI integrations, or products that utilize agent/automation frameworks.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and intricate system dependencies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization capabilities.

• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance PM workflows and output quality, including effective rapid prototyping to hasten planning and design iterations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Deep customer empathy and a proven ability to balance user needs with business priorities and technical limitations.

• Agile, adaptable, and proficient in navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
