This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.
• Transform high-level guidance into clear, actionable scopes without waiting for perfect information.
• Collaborate with product leadership to establish priorities, taking full ownership of the execution from start to finish.
• Craft concise and detailed requirements and user stories that consider edge cases, potential failures, and dependencies.
• Work closely with engineering teams to decompose tasks, eliminate obstacles, and maintain high momentum.
• Establish success metrics and create lightweight dashboards or queries to track them effectively.
• Lead discovery processes independently—conduct interviews, map workflows, and execute quick validation loops.
• Partner with design to rapidly prototype, test, and refine interaction patterns.
• Spot opportunities for simplification within product workflows and contribute to architectural enhancements.
• Advocate for the use of AI internally by integrating it into your workflow and assisting team members in adopting AI-first methodologies.
• Discover meaningful ways to incorporate AI into the product experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Foster alignment among engineering, design, and GTM teams to ensure that delivered work remains coherent and interconnected.
• Deliver quickly, measure results, learn, and iterate continuously.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, with direct responsibility for launching features.
• Proven experience with commercial SaaS products, including embedded AI—preferably with hands-on experience (prompting, testing models, utilizing AI tools to validate assumptions).
• Adept at transforming complex, ambiguous problem areas into structured, incremental delivery plans.
• Proven capability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and understand trade-offs (latency, accuracy, model behavior, retrieval limitations).
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in your personal workflow (analysis, specification writing, research, QA).
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working directly with data (familiarity with SQL, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar is an advantage).
• Excellent written communication skills—you can produce clear, rapid, and precise documentation for engineers to implement.
• Experience in startups, scale-ups, or any environment where fast-paced execution and autonomy are critical.
• Background in a SaaS company delivering commercial-grade software.
