This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define and take ownership of a significant segment of the Virtual Agents product in alignment with our product strategy. Our offerings utilize state-of-the-art AI technology to automate essential, high-volume, and intricate processes, necessitating a deep dive into the technical specifics and applying precision and analytical rigor to product decisions.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, encompassing both the core technology and the commercial/operational aspects needed to market, sell, and deliver it at scale.
• Cultivate a profound understanding of our customers, industries, and competitive landscape across various verticals.
• Collaborate with different teams within the organization to execute your plans effectively—ensuring that products are developed correctly, sales and marketing teams are empowered, and delivery teams can scale seamlessly.
• Partner closely with the VP of Product to help shape and refine the overarching product strategy.
• Over 4 years of experience in product management, focusing on complex B2B products, preferably in AI or automation, and ideally within a startup, scale-up, or early-stage environment.
• Outstanding analytical abilities to dissect complex challenges systematically, getting to the root of any issue presented.
• Experience in contributing to strategy in greenfield or rapidly changing environments.
• Demonstrated track record as an executor: proficient at collaborating with engineers, designers, operators, and marketers to create impactful products and drive key metrics while ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
• A clear and confident communicator, capable of setting precise internal direction and comfortable representing our interests with senior stakeholders at customer organizations.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and humble. You flourish in fast-paced, evolving settings and are willing to engage across the organization—whether that involves supporting customer delivery or producing sales materials.
