Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Working collaboratively with key stakeholders and team members to establish the long-term product vision.

• Advocating for the vision and strategy of our games through a data-driven methodology and prioritization techniques.

• Exhibiting strong customer empathy by utilizing both quantitative user insights and qualitative feedback.

• Overseeing the complete lifecycle of a game and addressing design challenges across various features.

• Partnering with developers, artists, and other collaborators to implement game concepts through design, content creation, and data integration.

• Crafting both significant and minor game features that enhance the game’s KPIs and provide joy to users.

• Producing game design documents that effectively convey ideas, concepts, and requirements across different disciplines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager for live free-to-play mobile games.

• Familiarity with creating product specifications, design documents, and white papers.

• Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in SQL, as well as dashboard creation and management.

• Flexibility and the ability to swiftly adapt and navigate through changes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• A genuine passion for gaming, with current knowledge of technology and trends in the gaming industry.

• BA/BS degree focusing on data science or mathematics, or equivalent experience.
