This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Establish a clear direction for your Tribe by defining goals, translating company priorities into team objectives, and identifying key opportunities and risks.
• Make decisive prioritization choices. Determine what actions to take and what to forgo, arrange tasks logically, and exclude low-value work from the team's agenda.
• Cultivate a strong perspective on your product area. Gain deep insights into users, the market, and the business to make informed tradeoffs and confidently decline requests without unnecessary escalations.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of user challenges through customer interactions, support and sales feedback, user research, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to shape solutions. Identify problems, evaluate options and constraints, and ensure solutions align with both user and business value.
• Lead designers within your Tribe, overseeing prototyping, user testing, and UX quality as integrated team members rather than relying on handoffs.
• Remain closely involved in execution. Review workflows, experiments, metrics, and final outputs. Quickly resolve ambiguities and assist the team in achieving convergence more efficiently.
• Mentor your team by enhancing problem framing, elevating decision-making quality, and maintaining focus on the most valuable work.
• Establish success metrics upfront for every initiative with clear OKRs, KPIs, leading indicators, and criteria for discontinuation. Assess impact post-launch and decide on iterations, scaling, or rollbacks.
• Engage in roadmap reviews, communicating upcoming priorities to leadership and internal stakeholders while identifying tradeoffs and risks early on.
• Clearly articulate direction and decisions. Keep stakeholders aligned with minimal overhead.
• Leverage AI tools extensively in your daily tasks for research, synthesis, analysis, drafting, exploration, and prototyping, and set this expectation within your Tribe. Fluency in AI is essential as it enhances your speed, depth, and impact.
• Demonstrate proven product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, or have successfully built and launched products that users engage with, whether as a PM, founder, or in another role with end-to-end product decision ownership.
• Maintain an exceptionally high standard for product quality. You have honed your skills in product development and recognize what excellence looks like, paying attention to details that others might overlook, ensuring you only ship work you would proudly attach your name to.
• Possess strong product judgment. You are able to establish a clear viewpoint on your area, make well-founded tradeoffs, and confidently decline requests without seeking permission.
• Approach challenges with a problem-first mindset. You begin with user needs and business impact rather than jumping straight into solutions or feature lists.
• Define and take ownership of outcomes rigorously. You set KPIs, conduct experiments, interpret data, and make difficult decisions based on results. Your accountability lies in the importance of the work, not merely in its completion.
• Thrive in uncertainty and act quickly. You do not wait for perfect information or explicit permission. You make confident decisions, adjust as new insights arise, and course-correct without drama.
• Adapt to new domains swiftly. You are comfortable immersing yourself in unfamiliar user segments and becoming the expert your Tribe requires.
• Have a solid understanding of product-led growth strategies and know how to balance self-serve adoption with sales-assisted approaches for larger accounts.
• Be hands-on with AI tools. You actively incorporate AI for research, analysis, drafting, and prototyping as an integral part of your workflow, rather than as a peripheral experiment.
• Operate independently without needing management. You establish your own direction, keep stakeholders informed, and seek assistance when necessary.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You convey direction and decisions simply, clarify tradeoffs effectively, and articulate customer value without jargon.
• Prioritize transparency, ownership, and speed over perfection. You prefer to ship, learn, and improve rather than waiting for the perfect plan.
• Preferred: experience in leading designers as integrated product builders, guiding user research, prototyping, and usability testing as part of a cohesive discovery process, rather than as a separate handoff step.
• Flexibility to choose when and how much you work—our focus is solely on results.
• 24 days of paid time off annually, in addition to your local holidays.
• Unlimited sick leave.
• In-person team-building meetups (expenses covered).
• 4-6 weeks of paid sabbatical based on tenure.
• Laptop budget of up to €2,500, renewing every 3 years.
• €2,000 budget for setting up your home office, with an additional €300 each year after 3 years of service.
• €3,000 annually for co-working space membership and/or home internet service.
• €4,000 per year allocated for training, workshops, and conferences.
• €2,400 per year contribution for any equipment or services aimed at enhancing or maintaining your physical and mental health.
• Support for purchasing tools necessary for performing your best work (including eyeglasses if needed).
