This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the planning and execution of product initiatives from initial concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Auto Repair sector to effectively identify new product opportunities for our primary users.
• Integrate a profound knowledge of the problem domain with generative AI solutions to enhance CPAs' efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gain deep insights into our core users' Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), concept testing, and usability testing, incorporating these into an iterative development process.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, and sales teams to synchronize on product vision, strategy, go-to-market plans, pricing, packaging, and business priorities.
• Ensure that products address users' unmet needs while minimizing business risks associated with value, feasibility, and usability.
• Construct products with a focus on business outcomes and subsequently measure whether those outcomes were achieved.
• Articulate and communicate the long-term vision for the product area you oversee and convert that into actionable roadmaps.
• Train sales, support, and consulting teams on new technologies, ensuring their capability to sell, troubleshoot, and utilize these tools effectively.
• A minimum of 5 years in product management, ideally within the enterprise-level software-as-a-service sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in bringing GAI or ML solutions to market.
• Preferred hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Heap, Pendo).
• A pragmatic leader with a growth mindset, adept at driving both strategy and rapid execution.
• Capability to establish business cases, validate hypotheses, and develop features from inception to market scalability.
• A strong passion for continuous optimization and improvement, with a consistent focus on customer experience.
• Proven ability to influence peers across cross-functional teams in a complex, global organizational environment.
• Strong executive presence coupled with excellent communication skills.
