Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Senior Product Manager is accountable for creating innovative product experiences that meet customer demands and set Tebra apart in the market.

• Utilizes both internal and external feedback, along with industry insights, to influence the product strategy and guide cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of impactful solutions.

• Works closely with Engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams to steer the product roadmap.

• Defines and architects features for Tebra’s core products that address customer challenges.

• Conducts market analysis, which includes identifying and evaluating customer segments, reviewing industry research reports, and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of competitors.

• Designs features and processes for Tebra’s platform and enhances customer experience.

• Investigates product positioning and offers recommendations to Product Marketing.

• Gathers feedback by reviewing customer support inquiries and conducting user acceptance tests.

• Develops software design plans, including product specifications and use case documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically focused on software applications.

• Proven success with clinical workflows and product strategy, along with a thorough understanding of the healthcare landscape.

• Established track record as a product manager in a successful B2B SaaS/Cloud software company, with agile product management experience.

• Demonstrated ability to execute complex product initiatives and processes involving multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the capacity to structure and assess intricate financial models.

• A versatile and innovative thinker capable of defining business trade-offs, creating out-of-the-box solutions, and navigating through ambiguity.

• Previous experience in product development within the healthcare sector is preferred.
